　　在学习中做事。任何细节都有它的专业规律，任何人都有其独特比较优势;养成个性谦虚才能不断进步，踏实肯干才能表现专业。在中粮见习的期间内，努力做好任何一件事情，专心记录每一个积累。在人力资源部期间，与同事一起完成集团军转干招聘、特贴申报、京外调干、档案数据完善等工作;在小麦加工事业部期间，负责文件取放，并与同事一起编写单元x年度战略规划。通过踏踏实实的做事，让自己有了进步的机会，也让自己感受到自己的价值所在。
