此部分内容是考生需要重点阐述的内容，在写作之前需要考生提前了解目标院校的历史背景、院校专业特色、培养理念等等。然后结合自身的兴趣特长，阐述选择这所高校、这个专业的原因。最好能通过具体的事例来表达自己对目标高校的向往、憧憬以及为了进入这所学校已经花费的精力和付出的努力。

3、关于未来的规划及目标阐述

考生对未来规划和目标期望，可包括在大学期间的学业规划和目标、毕业后想从事的行业以及想致力的领域、在以后的成长发展中想要达到什么样的人生高度等方面，这些方面在一定程度上可以反映考生的目标志向、兴趣爱好、人生观和价值观，是高校在人才选拔中比较重视的参数。

4、总结致谢

主要是为了表达对院校的向往及阅读材料者的尊敬，不用过于详细，基本一两句话结束。

此外，在写作时，考生们要注意书信格式，目标学校写全称，不要简写，这是对学校的尊重。

个人陈述（自荐信）不仅仅包含以上说明的基本内容，在写作和准备的过程中还有众多的问题需要规避，稍不注意就可能弄巧成拙。
